Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive with expertise in CRM and IT sales to significantly contribute to our company's expansion. This role involves acquiring new clients, conducting corporate meetings, engaging in networking activities, and nurturing client relationships to boost business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and participate in client meetings and visit company premises.
• Identify and generate new business leads and successfully convert them into concrete business deals.
• Develop and sustain robust corporate relationships to enhance business opportunities.
• Represent the organization at seminars, deliver presentations, and engage in networking gatherings.
• Create compelling business proposals and deliver polished presentations to prospective clients.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficient skills in client management and negotiation techniques.
• Basic knowledge of IT training and educational technology sectors.
• Competence in Microsoft Office tools and presentation software.
• A goal-oriented mindset with a proactive, driven approach.

Education Requirements

Applicants should have completed BBA, BMS, B.Com, or Marketing degrees. Preference is given to candidates with advanced qualifications such as MBA or PGDM in Marketing.

• Salary offered is between ₹40,000 to ₹70,000 per month.
