Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our expanding global team in Sydney. Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead and collaborating with the Commercial team, this role focuses entirely on generating new business and increasing market share in your territory. Responsibilities include driving outbound sales efforts, managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, and delivering product demonstrations to illustrate Fresha’s business benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Consistently meet or exceed defined sales targets (KPIs).
- Engage decision-makers through calls, emails, and social outreach, with some face-to-face meetings where applicable, to onboard new clients.
- Conduct persuasive product demonstrations and presentations to promote Fresha solutions to new and existing partners.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Analyze potential and existing partner business needs to align Fresha’s offerings appropriately.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a smooth partner engagement experience.
- Report industry trends and market insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Respond promptly to all qualified inbound leads and maintain thorough records in the CRM system.
- Act as the primary commercial liaison for partner relationships.
Qualifications & Attributes
- A minimum of one year’s successful experience in B2B sales.
- Experience within SaaS platforms, online marketplaces, or payment services is highly advantageous.
- A strong aptitude for cultivating new business opportunities and building lasting client relationships.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Interview Process:
