Business Development Executive - Gift Cards

Role Overview

A leading retail group operating in Dubai and Saudi Arabia seeks commercially astute Business Development professionals to advance their gift card division and expand B2B offerings. Positions are open in Dubai, Riyadh, and Jeddah.

Primary Duties

• Establish and nurture relationships with corporate clients, partners, and distributors to drive business growth.
• Discover new business avenues and actively promote B2B sales engagements.
• Create commercial proposals and engaging presentations tailored for potential clients.
• Oversee ongoing partner relations ensuring seamless daily coordination and collaboration.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to implement campaigns and commercial projects.
• Track sales metrics, maintain updated CRM records, and furnish periodic reports along with insightful market analysis.

Candidate Requirements

• Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in selling gift cards within B2B partnerships and managing loyalty accounts.
• Preferably possess a background in retail, loyalty programs, payments, fintech, or similar commercial domains.
• Exhibit strong abilities in communication, building relationships, and delivering presentations.
• Maintain a commercial viewpoint with adeptness at handling multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM platforms is a valuable plus.
