Key Responsibilities
- Source, cultivate, and secure new business prospects within a designated geographic area.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, guiding opportunities from initiation to closure.
- Build enduring client relationships and establish yourself as a valued commercial collaborator.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in CRM systems and provide regular activity reports.
- Consistently meet and surpass sales goals and key performance measures.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in business development, field sales, or account management roles.
- Demonstrable success in acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets.
- Prior exposure to the packaging sector is strongly preferred, especially experience with corrugated packaging or carton boxes.
- Excellent commercial insight, negotiation capabilities, and a proactive sales mindset.
- Possession of a full valid driving license and readiness to travel extensively within the territory.
