About the Role
ASK 2 PRO is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join its team in Chennai. This role is vital in boosting revenue streams and broadening the company's market reach by strategizing, identifying opportunities, and nurturing key relationships.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive business plans to fuel growth and fulfill sales objectives.
- Discover and develop new business prospects and alliances to enlarge the customer portfolio.
- Establish and sustain strong connections with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Guide and inspire a sales team to achieve and surpass designated goals.
- Perform continuous market research and competitive analysis to maintain a leading edge in the industry.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to facilitate smooth implementation of business initiatives.
- Regularly assess and refine sales workflows to enhance effectiveness and productivity.
Candidate Requirements
- Must possess at least 1 year of professional experience in relevant areas.
- Demonstrated capability in team leadership and business development.
- Strong communication skills, particularly in spoken English.
