Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate business-to-business leads by leveraging cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn networking.
• Engage with decision makers such as founders, heads of HR, and talent acquisition leaders to understand their recruitment needs.
• Organize and schedule discovery meetings to present hiring solutions effectively.
• Demonstrate and explain GoodSpace AI’s suite of hiring services to potential clients.
• Manage ongoing communication including follow-ups, drafting proposals, maintaining CRM data, and achieving sales targets.
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth client onboarding procedures.

Requirements

• Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in business development, B2B sales, inside sales, lead generation, or recruitment-related sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
• Comfort and proficiency in outbound calling and managing large volumes of outreach.
• Strong target-driven mindset with the ability to maintain consistent follow-up.
• Possess a graduate degree from any discipline.
• Prior exposure to recruitment or HR services is considered a plus.

Additional Information

• This position is based at Sector 32, Noida, and requires working from the office.
• The salary range offered is ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per month, supplemented by incentives, equating to an annual CTC of ₹4.2 lakh to ₹5.4 lakh.
• Employment type is full-time and permanent.
• Applicants must bring their own laptop to work as per the Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy.
