About the Role
We are seeking driven and goal-focused Business Development Associates (BDA) and Senior Business Development Associates (Sr. BDA) to expand our Business Development team. This full-time position requires working from our office starting Day 1 at either Bengaluru or Gurugram, within the EdTech sector.
Responsibilities
The role entails engaging with potential learners, understanding their career aspirations, providing guidance on fitting learning and upskilling programs, and supporting them throughout the sales journey. Consistent achievement of daily and monthly sales goals is essential. Tasks include initiating contact via calls and other channels, identifying customer needs, explaining relevant programs clearly, qualifying leads effectively, maintaining ongoing prospect engagement, resolving queries professionally, logging interactions accurately in CRM, and staying informed about the latest trends in technology and education.
Eligibility Criteria
For Business Development Associate: Candidates should have 0 to 2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome. A graduate degree is required, preferably in B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or M.Tech. Strong spoken and written English communication skills are necessary. Interest in sales, target achievement, and business development is expected. Applicants up to 29 years old are eligible.
For Senior Business Development Associate: Applicants must bring 1 to 5 years of experience with at least one year in EdTech sales or business development. A graduate degree is mandatory, preferably B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or M.Tech. Proficiency in English communication is required. Candidates should be up to 31 years old.
Compensation and Benefits
Business Development Associates earn between ₹7,00,000 and ₹8,40,000 per annum, while Senior BDAs receive ₹8,50,000 to ₹11,40,000 per annum. Candidates may expect a 20–25% salary increase upon joining, with up to a 30% hike possible depending on final interview feedback.
