About the Role

We seek skilled and customer-centric Optometrists to strengthen our expanding eye-care retail team in Bangalore, Karnataka. Candidates must possess a solid foundation in clinical optometry, practical experience, and the ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a dynamic, customer-facing setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete thorough eye exams and vision tests.
• Carry out refraction procedures and determine accurate vision correction needs.
• Offer suitable optical and eye care advice tailored to clinical assessments and client requirements.
• Communicate eye health and vision information clearly to customers.
• Maintain high standards of clinical and customer service excellence.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and provide expert guidance on eye care solutions.
• Keep precise clinical records and adhere to established clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with store staff to enhance overall customer experience.
• Support general store functions while upholding clinical standards.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, clinical guidelines, and professional ethics.

Candidate Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Optometry.
• At least one year of direct experience as an Optometrist within an optical or eye-care clinical environment.
• Strong clinical optometry knowledge and procedural expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to understand and meet customer needs.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Preferred experience in optical retail or eye-care clinics.

Compensation

Salary ranges between ₹240,000 and ₹350,000 per annum, determined based on experience, skills, and interview results.

Additional Information
