Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential leads through networking, industry events, and digital outreach channels.
- Expand the client portfolio by acquiring new enterprise and institutional partners across APAC.
- Enhance Cregis's market presence and reputation throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales process from initial prospecting through to deal finalization.
- Establish and maintain enduring relationships with both new and established clients.
- Serve as a reliable commercial partner by comprehending client payment and settlement priorities.
- Deliver prompt and professional support to Cregis’s affiliates and users.
- Collaborate proactively with internal departments such as product, operations, and compliance to resolve client-related issues efficiently.
- Collect and analyze client feedback and provide organized suggestions to company leadership.
- Develop and foster partnerships within fintech, payment service providers, iGaming, forex, and payments sectors.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities aimed at driving consistent revenue growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, particularly within fintech, PSP, iGaming, forex, or payment industries.
- Background in selling sophisticated payment, settlement, or financial infrastructure products.
- Quick learner capable of rapidly grasping new products, workflows, and market conditions.
- Highly self-motivated and independent, able to work efficiently without close supervision.
- Demonstrates a proactive “hunter” sales approach focused on pipeline development.
- Thorough understanding of payment processes, settlement mechanisms, and international transactions.
- Excellent skills in prospecting, professional networking, and relationship management.
- Strong capabilities in managing stakeholders both within the organization and externally.
- Fluent proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages is essential.
