Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across Southeast Asia by initiating meaningful conversations with prospective clients and setting up qualified meetings for our sales team. This position mainly involves proactive outbound prospecting alongside responding to inbound leads, closely collaborating with Account Executives and partnering with Sales and Marketing teams to identify target accounts and tailor solutions to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales pipeline within assigned Southeast Asia markets by identifying suitable accounts and contacts, converting outreach into qualified meetings.
- Conduct consistent outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and messaging platforms, aiming to book 5-10 meetings weekly, adjusting tactics to fit audience and market needs.
- Enhance meeting conversion by investigating prospects’ business challenges and customizing outreach accordingly.
- Efficiently respond to inbound leads, prioritize tasks, and convert interest into valuable sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to align on target profiles and share insights to maximize account coverage.
- Develop a repeatable outbound sales process by experimenting with messaging, analyzing results, and sharing successful approaches across the team.

- Additional languages such as Bahasa, Tagalog, Malay, or Mandarin Chinese are beneficial but not required.
- Must have legal work authorization in Singapore.
