About the Role
PhonePe is seeking Business Development Associates (BDAs) and Rural Business Development Associates (RBDAs) for a full-time position based in Siddharth Nagar, Itwa, Bansi, Naugarh, Shohratgarh, and Domariyaganj. This role focuses on expanding merchant adoption of PhonePe's digital payment services through active field engagement. The job involves regular interactions with local merchants to promote, onboard, and encourage the use of PhonePe’s payment platform to facilitate business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit merchants and businesses in the assigned territory daily to onboard them onto the PhonePe app.
- Explain and promote PhonePe's products, services, and benefits to prospective merchants to encourage adoption.
- Drive merchant acquisition, facilitate activation, and ensure ongoing engagement with the platform.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales and business objectives.
- Establish and nurture strong, lasting relationships with merchants.
- Perform routine field visits and report daily activities using the company's mobile application.
- Spot opportunities for market expansion within the designated region.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: completion of 12th standard or graduation.
- Proficient smartphone user.
- Own a two-wheeler or bike; must have a valid driving license.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis.
- Comfortable working in a field-sales, active outdoor environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Regular on-roll employment with a fixed monthly salary starting at ₹18,000.
- Performance-based incentives up to ₹55,000 monthly.
- Daily field allowance of ₹175.
- Potential total monthly earning up to ₹73,000 plus allowance.

Working Conditions and Other Details
