Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Associate to join our Goa office. This position suits individuals who enjoy engaging with people, cultivating professional connections, and generating new business prospects. This is not a hard-selling role; the primary objective is to introduce our services, assess hiring needs of businesses, and develop a pipeline for our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact companies across the GCC by phone to present Agile Consultants and our recruitment service offerings.
• Engage with HR professionals, hiring managers, and business owners to comprehend their recruitment requirements.
• Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients through consistent communication and timely follow-ups.
• Detect potential business opportunities and arrange meetings for the recruitment team.
• Keep precise records of client interactions, conversations, and follow-ups.
• Act as a professional, courteous, and confident representative of Agile Consultants.
• Support efforts to broaden our client network throughout the region.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in sales, business development, customer service, or client-facing roles is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts via telephone.
• Displays confidence, organization, and proactive work habits.
• Enjoys fostering and maintaining ongoing professional relationships.
• Motivated to learn and advance professionally within a growing company.
• Experience interacting with international clients is beneficial but not mandatory.
