Role Overview
GreenDot Tea Production Company is seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals in Ghana who are passionate about business development, networking, partnership cultivation, and exploring emerging market opportunities. This role focuses on fostering professional connections, discovering new business possibilities, supporting alliance initiatives, and facilitating company growth efforts.
Primary Duties
- Identify and engage with prospective clients, entrepreneurs, and business associates.
- Establish and nurture professional relationships for sustained collaboration.
- Assist in activities related to business development and partnership growth.
- Conduct market research to uncover opportunities and understand emerging trends.
- Effectively convey potential opportunities to future partners.
- Take part in meetings, training, and team engagements to stay aligned with goals.
- Deliver consistent progress reports on outreach and business advancement tasks.
- Maintain professional representation of the company in all external communications.
Candidate Profile
- Resides within Ghana.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Genuine interest in entrepreneurship, business growth, or networking fields.
- Basic competency with digital tools and social media platforms.
- Professional demeanor characterized by reliability and eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer relations is beneficial but not required.
