Overview

Noise Consulting Group, a women and minority owned consulting and staffing firm headquartered in Tampa, FL with offices in Florida, New York, Hyderabad, India, and Manila, Philippines, seeks a Business Development Analyst based in Hyderabad. This position is a full-time role requiring work during US East Coast (EST) night shift hours. The successful candidate will focus on expanding Noise Consulting Group's presence in the US Information Technology sector across diverse industries including Banking, Telecom, Utilities, Financial Services, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to discover and capture new business opportunities within the US IT market.
  • Establish and maintain high-level executive relationships within targeted organizations, system integrators, and allied partners.
  • Create and nurture strategic alliances domestically and internationally to strengthen the company's market standing.
  • Network extensively with industry professionals, participate in conferences to identify prospective partners and clients, and represent the firm at industry events.
  • Build and sustain key customer relationships while articulating the company’s value propositions effectively to partners and clients.
  • Prospect for new clients via networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Conduct thorough market research on competitors and client organizations to identify unique selling points and emerging opportunities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), acting as a subject matter expert throughout the proposal process.
  • Coordinate approvals for proposals based on business objectives, risk assessments, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to estimate costs, prepare cost models, and deliver defined scopes of services.
  • Support existing clients by anticipating their needs, facilitating contract renewals, and assisting with new work orders.
  • Work closely within the sales team and other departments to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure excellent client service and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of relevant IT experience, including software development or application support, with a minimum of 2 years in project/program management roles.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, particularly in IT.
  • Proven track record of building networks and conducting meetings with decision-makers and influencers within IT organizations.
  • Strong communication abilities across all organizational levels.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and expanding existing accounts.
  • Proficient in preparing and responding to bids, including RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs.
  • Skilled in cost estimation, pricing, financial analysis, and contract drafting or support (MSA, SoW, Interim Agreements).
  • Capability to create staffing/resource plans and design solution proposals demonstrating how products/services will be delivered.
  • Strong negotiation skills concerning terms, pricing, and delivery with client decision-makers.
  • Preferred experience in Utilities, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Telecom sectors.
  • Commercial acumen with understanding of cost, price, and margin.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Excellent customer service, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic company representative capable of multi-tasking and adapting to shifting priorities.

Additional Information

  • Work schedule includes night shifts aligned with US Eastern Standard Time (EST).
  • Fluency in English language is mandatory.
