Business Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to act as a liaison between business needs and technical teams. This role involves collaborating across departments to collect requirements, model processes, and generate analysis and documentation essential for transforming concepts into implemented solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, record, and convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Develop models of current and planned processes utilizing tools such as flowcharts and BPMN.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to define project scopes and harmonize expectations.
• Create dashboards and reporting systems to monitor key performance indicators and project results.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to design solutions and set acceptance benchmarks.
• Lead user acceptance testing and provide assistance post-deployment to encourage adoption.

Required Qualifications

• At least three years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or consulting sectors.
• Proficient in SQL and adept with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and related tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional written communication capabilities and aptitude for structured documentation.
• Experience managing stakeholders across diverse functions and organizational levels.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
