Position Overview

As a Business Analyst, you play a critical role in evolving existing software and developing new online solutions specifically for the ADDISON payroll and salary accounting software. Your involvement will include business process analysis, design, and practical implementation to enhance software usability and delight users with innovative technology features. Operating within a Scrum team, you will work in an agile environment that encourages collaboration and iterative development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute actively to the analysis, design, and integration of business processes into the ADDISON payroll software.
  • Participate in advancing the user experience by incorporating innovative technology solutions.
  • Collaborate within an agile Scrum team to support ongoing software advancement and delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed vocational training or academic degree in a commercial field.
  • Strong expertise in payroll and salary accounting.
  • Affinity for IT and practical experience using payroll and salary accounting software.
  • Familiarity with ADDISON software is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Creative mindset complemented by a structured and goal-oriented approach.
  • Fluent German and good command of English.
