Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to business analysis efforts across various projects.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements via workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze existing business operations to uncover improvement opportunities and design future processes aligned with strategic goals.
• Act as a trusted consultant collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to simplify complexities and achieve practical solutions.
• Define and govern business, functional, and non-functional requirements, assist in solution design, and support testing, deployment, and change initiatives.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive business analysis documentation, process flowcharts, system specifications, and progress reports.

Candidate Profile

We seek a professional with over five years' experience as a Business Analyst, particularly on large, complex business or IT projects. You will have demonstrated expertise in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, workshop facilitation, and translating business needs into feasible solutions.

You balance strategic outlook with meticulous detail orientation, adeptly working across business and technological domains. You are quick to grasp intricate challenges and proficient at communicating tailored solutions to diverse audiences.
