Business Analyst - FLEXCUBE CASA Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with significant experience in Core Banking systems and CASA operations to join a prominent global banking organization. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting a large-scale Core Banking transformation effort focusing on business readiness, detailed process documentation, user acceptance testing (UAT), data migration, and closely coordinating with multiple stakeholders for the implementation of Oracle FLEXCUBE.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and drive business readiness efforts essential for Core Banking implementation programs.
• Design, define, and maintain CASA workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and comprehensive business process documentation.
• Oversee and coordinate critical phases like UAT, migration, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Create effective training materials and foster collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams.
• Support and contribute to Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Possess 10 to 15 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.
• Demonstrable expertise in CASA Operations and hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE product suite.
• Proficient in business analysis techniques, process mapping, user acceptance testing, and data migration strategies.
• Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools such as Excel, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with excellent stakeholder management skills.
