Business Analyst

Job Overview

Support efforts to identify and attract investors, providing them with guidance to build enduring business relationships. Handle the review of investor applications, ensure completion of necessary documentation, assign plots, and offer actionable recommendations to the Business Development Director.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Pinpoint and cultivate investor prospects that align with the company’s strategic aims, collaborating closely with the Business Development Director.
• Establish and nurture relationships with current and potential investors.
• Organize investor engagement events in partnership with PR and Marketing teams.
• Generate comprehensive business development activity and success reports for senior management review.
• Advise investors about Zone-related services critical to setting up a business, including assessment, design, construction, and funding.
• Collect and disseminate market and competitor information in the region to evaluate investment feasibility.
• Work cross-departmentally to resolve investor queries and concerns promptly.
• Evaluate investor submissions and recommend approvals or rejections consistent with company objectives.
• Perform financial evaluations of prospective business ventures and investments, preparing subsequent action plans.

Education and Experience

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a correlated discipline is mandatory.
• At least three years of professional experience, preferably relevant to the field, is required.

Certifications and Skills

• Holding a certification in a related discipline from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite is necessary.
