Business Analysis Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analysis Consultant with 8 to 10 years of expertise in business analysis, process enhancement, requirements management, and driving digital transformation projects. The successful candidate will analyze organizational needs, identify improvement opportunities, and convert business requirements into practical solutions through collaboration with both business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret business requirements and translate them into well-defined, actionable functional requirements.
• Collect, document, verify, and oversee business and system requirements throughout project stages.
• Conduct analyses of business processes, including process mapping and gap identification.
• Spot opportunities for upgrading business processes, streamlining efficiency, and enhancing service quality.
• Create comprehensive business requirements documentation, process flowcharts, use cases, and user stories.
• Engage with stakeholders to grasp business demands and define suitable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solution alignment with business needs.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives and business improvement projects.
• Lead workshops and sessions aimed at gathering requirements from stakeholders.
• Evaluate current systems and processes, recommending necessary improvements.
• Participate in solution assessments, testing phases, and user acceptance processes.
• Continuously oversee requirements to maintain alignment between business goals and delivered solutions.
• Produce management reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 8 to 10 years of professional experience in Business Analysis or a closely related domain.
• Proven expertise in gathering requirements, conducting business process analyses, and thorough documentation.
• Experience collaborating effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with Business Process Modeling, Gap Analysis, and managing requirements.
• Acquaintance with Agile or Scrum methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira or comparable platforms.
• Excellent skills in documentation and delivering presentations.
• Adept at managing multiple stakeholder expectations and thriving within consulting environments.
