Role Summary
We are looking for a passionate individual dedicated to people and talent engagement, offering experience in Talent Acquisition, HR partnership, and employer branding within Siemens Mobility.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive future talent acquisition by managing full-cycle recruitment, internship programs, and early career initiatives.
- Develop and maintain robust talent pools by sourcing candidates through career portals, university alliances, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, provide recruitment strategies, and coordinate interview processes.
- Enhance employee experience by supporting candidates and new employees through recruitment, onboarding, and engagement activities.
- Oversee recruitment data management and reporting, utilizing digital tools for process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts that position Siemens Mobility as a preferred employer through coordinated initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within multinational companies; however, recent graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint) and exhibit a detail-oriented, digital approach to work efficiency and process improvements.
- Exhibit a proactive, growth-focused mindset and a strong ability to juggle multiple tasks with quality results in a dynamic setting.
- Show excellent verbal and written communication skills and the capability to build strong relationships and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
