Their footprint spans 39 hospitals and 3 NICU centers across key Indian cities including Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Lucknow, Faridabad, Pune, Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Hyderabad.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage and execute recruitment processes to onboard new employees effectively.
- Design and deliver comprehensive orientation and hospital induction sessions for fresh hires.
- Identify employee training needs through performance appraisal data; plan and maintain a training calendar accordingly.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to conduct on-the-job training programs for staff.
- Organize systematic staff appraisal programs to boost morale and performance.
- Coordinate employee welfare initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction.
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys, analyze the results, and implement improvement strategies.
- Perform exit interviews, synthesize feedback, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of current and past employees within the organization.
- Manage daily attendance tracking for all employees and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS system.
- Generate and submit monthly operational HR reports to the Corporate HR team.
- Plan and oversee shift scheduling, including the creation and monitoring of duty rosters for nurses and technicians as per directives.
- Ensure adherence to shift schedules and labor compliance by staff.
- Continually review and enhance HR processes to align with industry best practices and organizational needs.
- Update and refine training programs based on participant feedback.
- Introduce and manage initiatives fostering team cohesion and interdepartmental communication.
- Implement and oversee HR policies focusing on employee benefits and welfare with corporate approval.
- Maintain discipline by monitoring employee conduct, attendance, punctuality, and adherence to work schedules. Report any deviations to superiors.
- Assist in disciplinary procedures regarding employee misconduct or irregularities when required.
- Provide administrative support as assigned by management.
