Bricklayer (Mason)

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Bricklayer (Mason) to become part of our construction workforce. The individual will focus on building and repairing walls, foundations, partitions, and other structures by laying bricks, concrete blocks, and similar masonry components in line with project requirements and safety guidelines.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Accurately measure, mark, and level designated sections to ensure precise construction.
• Build and mend walls, foundations, partitions, pavements, and other masonry structures.
• Transport and correctly position pre-prepared blocks.
• Onsite mixing of cement and mortar as necessary.
• Use hand and power tools to cut and shape bricks, concrete blocks, and related materials.

Candidate Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working as a Bricklayer or Mason within construction.
• Capable of reading and interpreting construction blueprints and technical drawings.
• Solid understanding of masonry methods, materials, and construction practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong dedication to producing high-quality work.
• Physically able to carry out manual labor outdoors on construction sites.
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiar with health and safety protocols applicable on building sites.
• Proficient in English communication.
