Lyrath Estate Hotel, a prestigious 5-star establishment located on the outskirts of Kilkenny City, is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to become part of their culinary team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast items maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Ensure food presentation and consistency meet the hotel's expectations.
- Effectively manage breakfast service during high-demand periods.
- Uphold strict cleanliness and food hygiene regulations within the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to fulfill guest requirements.
Requirements
- Prior experience working as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen capacity.
