Role Overview
The Address Cork is inviting applications for the position of Breakfast Assistant to become a part of their skilled Food and Beverage team. The appointed individual will assist the Food and Beverage supervisor by providing high-quality guest service and contributing to the smooth operation of dining services, ensuring exceptional customer care at all times.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver Food and Beverage service to guests and customers in line with the set service protocols and quality standards.
- Promptly take and accurately process food and beverage orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the menus and confidently communicate details to guests, while seizing chances to suggest additional items or upsell.
- Guarantee outstanding customer experiences throughout each interaction within the food and beverage outlets.
- Keep the outlet clean and tidy as per operational standards during shifts and follow deep cleaning routines thoroughly.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possess at least one year of experience in a restaurant or a Food and Beverage service environment.
- Availability for early morning shifts starting at 6:30 AM is necessary.
- Proficient in English with strong communication talents.
