Role Overview
We are seeking a Branch Sales Coordinator for our Mt Wellington branch on Lunn Ave, Auckland. This permanent full-time role involves providing outstanding service to building and plumbing customers, managing sales processes, and representing Plumbing World with strong communication skills. The position requires handling multiple simultaneous tasks in a dynamic environment and assisting in various branch functions like customer service at the trade counter, phone support, and occasional deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders, aiming to surpass expectations.
- Prepare quotes and follow up to close sales deals.
- Collaborate with Territory Managers and other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Manage and track projects throughout the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with key suppliers for smooth operations.
Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in relationship building and management.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Strong administrative skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Expertise in customer sales with a focus on solution-based approaches.
- Possession of a full, clean New Zealand driver’s license.
- Professional appearance coupled with outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Good planning and adaptability to changing priorities.

Employment Details
- Permanent full-time engagement working 40 hours per week.
- Workdays are Monday to Friday with rostered Saturdays.
- Specific hours will be determined during the interview process.
