This position is with Bajaj Finance Ltd, aimed at enhancing productivity through technology in the financial sector.

Utilize the company’s productivity application to boost employee efficiency by conceiving innovative features tailored for sales teams across Bajaj Finance Limited (BFL).
Act as the product owner, collaborating closely with the IT department to ensure delivery of high-quality products aligned with the needs of various business units.
Engage diverse stakeholders including business and technical teams to identify business requirements and technical aspects.
Convert product strategies into comprehensive requirements and develop or review user stories.
Coordinate with IT teams to guarantee the timely rollout of app features.
Work with stakeholders across BFL’s various verticals to promote usage and adoption of the Salesone app.
Provide guidance and leadership to team members to achieve high-quality deliverables.

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields; candidates with an MBA are preferred.
Between 6 to 8 years of product management experience within technology or financial services sectors.
Familiarity with Finance, Fintech, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC), lending, and B2C platforms is advantageous.
Strong presentation skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
Capability to analyze data to extract insights and manage workload proactively.
Highly motivated and self-driven individual.

Foundational knowledge of User Experience (UX) design principles.
Experience in preparing functional requirement documentation to facilitate IT development processes.
