About the Role

This opportunity is with Bajaj Finance Ltd located at Sagara - Main Road, Shimoga, Karnataka. The role focuses on leveraging the company’s productivity application to boost employee efficiency by introducing innovative sales tools for various business verticals within Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance sales team performance by developing new app features that drive productivity.
• Act as the product owner collaborating closely with IT teams to ensure quality delivery aligned with business needs.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders including business and technical teams to capture and balance business requirements and technical feasibility.
• Define and translate product strategy into comprehensive requirements, reviewing and authoring detailed user stories.
• Coordinate with IT to guarantee timely feature deployment within the app.
• Promote usage and adoption of the Salesone app across various business verticals by engaging stakeholders.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure production of high-quality work.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields; MBA holders will be preferred.
• Between 6 and 8 years of product management experience, ideally in technology firms or financial services organizations.
• Familiarity with Finance, Fintech, NBFC/lending, or B2C platforms is advantageous.
• Strong presentation abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
• Capability to analyze data and extract actionable insights, equipped with a proactive, self-driven attitude.

Desired Skills

• Basic knowledge of UX design principles.
• Experience documenting functional requirements for IT development teams.
