About the Role

We invite motivated graduates to join as Branch Internship Executives at Muthoot Finance, offering a certified government-backed training program. This six-month internship, located at branches within a 5-10 km radius of the candidate's residence in Hyderabad, provides practical and theoretical knowledge in financial services, preparing interns for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily gold loan operations and provide quality customer service at the branch.
• Assist the branch team in addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Engage in lead generation, client acquisition, and customer retention efforts.
• Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to increase branch visibility after internship tenure.
• Help maintain client relationships by delivering tailored services.
• Manage administrative duties including data entry and report preparation for branch operations.
• Acquire hands-on experience with financial products, services, and customer relationship management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduates from any discipline with degree conferred between 2020 and 2025.
• Strong communication skills in regional languages are mandatory.
