Job Overview
The Branch Head will be responsible for achieving branch-specific targets through strategic marketing and operational activities within the designated region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the assigned region.
- Manage the entire student engagement process including prospecting, counseling, admissions, orientation, and ongoing support.
- Build and maintain relationships with school principals, coordinators, and management to generate business opportunities.
- Organize and lead seminars at schools, community forums, residential townships, and corporate settings to promote offerings.
- Oversee daily sales activities and ensure effective admission management at the branch.
- Train and inform the team on the comprehensive product range and associated complementary services.
