About the Role

Join the Braeburn Café team at Applegreen Birdhill if you are enthusiastic about coffee and eager to be part of an innovative new coffee concept. Your role will be crucial in delivering exceptional coffee experiences to customers in our café or via the drive-thru service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations and maintain smooth front-line service.
• Keep the shop floor clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety standards.
• Prepare food items following safety and quality guidelines.
• Adhere to and promote standards outlined in the Braeburn training manual.
• Manage and control stock to ensure availability and freshness.
• Create a memorable and positive food experience for customers.
• Collaborate with management to meet weekly and quarterly performance goals.

Work Schedule & Requirements

• Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends is mandatory.
• A reliable mode of transportation is essential since the location is along a motorway.
