Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Site Manager on administrative duties to enhance store efficiency.
• Assist in driving sales initiatives and achieving revenue targets alongside management.
• Inspire and lead staff by setting clear, attainable objectives utilizing strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and operational procedures.
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
