About the Role
CGI, a global leader in IT and business consulting founded in 1976, is seeking a skilled BPM Lead based in Hyderabad, India. This leadership position demands extensive experience in business process management solutions combined with a strong background in .NET development. The role involves overseeing the technical design, build, and delivery of sophisticated BPM and software projects that meet complex business and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and technical architecture of BPM and related software solutions ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Manage the end-to-end BPM project lifecycle including implementation, integration, testing, deployment, and releases.
- Provide mentorship and technical direction to development teams promoting best practices and modern methodologies.
- Conduct thorough reviews of code, testing processes, and technical documentation to uphold quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenging technical and production issues while identifying opportunities for process and technology improvements.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architecture, product, and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Lead release management activities to guarantee smooth delivery of software solutions.
Candidate Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience in BPM or software development with significant technical leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in BPM technologies and workflow management solutions.
- Proficient in .NET and C# programming, with hands-on experience in ASP.NET.
- Experience working with RESTful and SOAP APIs along with SQL Server database management.
- Strong grasp of application development principles, solution design, and systems integration practices.
- Knowledgeable in Agile methodologies and the full software development life cycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills paired with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Experienced in release management processes and providing production support.
