• Contribute to the establishment and refinement of company technical standards and continuous improvement initiatives specifically within the data centre sector.
• Identify pivotal opportunities and develop new clientele to expand company reach.
• Generate company documentation, standard operating procedures, and client-specific solutions.
• Support deployment and training efforts for new products and technical solutions.
• Assess skill and knowledge gaps among engineers and technicians and facilitate their professional development.
• Promote and uphold a collaborative team environment emphasizing safety awareness.
• Actively participate in operational and management meetings with both internal teams and clients to drive business objectives.
• Oversee and manage the technical aspects of automation projects aligning with client engineering standards.
• Provide expert technical leadership to resolve complex issues in software, hardware, and equipment related to automation.
• Design and implement software control strategies tailored to client demands.
• Engage fully in all company operations and consistently follow safety standards as outlined in the company safety statement.
• Comply with company-wide corporate policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
