BMS Operator

Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Maintenance professionals who excel at delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions to our clients. As a BMS Operator, you will be responsible for overseeing and controlling the building management system operations while monitoring all plant activities within the headquarters building services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules to the maintenance supervisor and follow up on their execution.
• Evaluate plant behavior relative to set points and adjust control parameters accordingly.
• Conduct daily audits of plant performance using BMS features such as data logging, plant review, and alarm manager status.
• Investigate plant failures, diagnose issues, and recommend corrective measures for supervisor approval.
• Utilize historical plant data to optimize system performance, improve efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance customer service.
• Program the BMS, PPM system, and other critical plants including standby generators, diesel-driven firefighting pumps, and fire alarm systems for automatic periodic testing.

Education, Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate holds a degree in BMS mechanical engineering with relevant experience in similar roles and demonstrated expertise in operating and maintaining related equipment. Fluency in English and strong fault-finding and subsystem repair abilities are essential.
