BIM Modeler

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models to aid design, construction, and project delivery, ensuring model precision and collaboration across disciplines.

Key Duties

• Create and continuously update BIM models using Revit software.
• Develop detailed 3D representations aligned with design documents and project needs.
• Coordinate BIM efforts among Civil, Architectural, Structural, and MEP specialties.
• Conduct thorough model reviews including clash detection.
• Produce technical drawings, schedules, and reports derived from BIM data.
• Revise models reflecting design changes and onsite feedback.
• Adhere strictly to BIM standards, protocols, and project-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams throughout design and construction phases to ensure seamless integration.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or technical certification in Civil Engineering or related disciplines.
• Proficiency with Revit and other BIM platforms.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD software.
• Between 4 to 7 years’ experience in BIM modeling within construction projects, especially within Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Experience delivering BIM outputs for construction stages, including coordination drawings and project documentation.
• Preference for candidates experienced with large-scale Saudi projects and main contractor settings.

• Able to manage diverse construction project demands and multiple deliverables.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with proficiency in English, especially in reporting.
