Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler to join our PODs Factory team. This position involves producing precise BIM models and detailed drawings specifically for prefabricated or modular POD components, aiding both factory production and on-site installation processes. Expertise in PODs/modular construction is preferred, though candidates with strong residential/villa project backgrounds will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update accurate BIM models for modular PODs and related components.
• Generate comprehensive shop drawings, fabrication documents, and construction specifications.
• Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to ensure alignment.
• Detect and resolve any design conflicts or clashes within the models.
• Guarantee that all models and drawings comply with project standards and factory production requirements.
• Apply design updates and maintain effective coordination among models.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, production teams, and site personnel.
• Assist with quantity take-offs and BIM-related documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of three years’ experience working with BIM and Revit software.
• Prior exposure to PODs, modular, or prefabricated construction is advantageous.
• Experience in villa or residential projects is also appreciated.
• Advanced skills in Revit; familiarity with Navisworks is beneficial.
• Solid knowledge of construction detailing, model coordination, and shop drawing preparation.
• High attention to detail and capacity to handle fast-paced production environments effectively.
