Role Overview

We are seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Dubai-based team in a full-time, onsite capacity. The primary responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining robust client relationships, discovering prospects for new business, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exemplary client satisfaction. This role requires collaborating with various internal departments to tailor solutions and guidance supporting clients through their real estate ventures within the dynamic UAE market.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in off-plan real estate within the UAE market
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective client relationship management
• Proven background in real estate, property management, or related sectors
• Capability to juggle tasks, prioritize duties, and efficiently manage time in a fast-moving setting
• Understanding of real estate laws and regulatory frameworks
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred
• A passion for advancing one’s career and contributing to landmark projects like Burj Azizi is highly desirable
