China State Construction Engineering Corporation Middle East (CSCEC ME) is expanding its technical team for significant projects recently awarded in Dubai, seeking experienced BIM Managers to contribute to these large-scale developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple subcontractor models efficiently, serving as the central coordinator.
• Oversee BIM reporting processes weekly and monthly, updating Temporary, Logistics, and Permanent reports with 4D and 5D data integration.
• Develop a comprehensive BIM execution plan adhering to project specifications, guiding workflows from Level of Detail (LOD) 250 through to LOD 500, and preparing for Facilities Management handover.
• Maintain and examine federated models primarily for coordination purposes.
• Conduct thorough clash detection analyses on federated models, managing communication of both actual and potential conflicts.
• Organize and lead coordination meetings involving technical and construction teams as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication with subcontractors during and outside meetings.
• Engage with designers and owners to assist with model reviews when necessary.
• Review Virtual Construction reports to ensure project accuracy and progress.
• Coordinate activities with BIM service providers and subcontractors effectively.
• Prepare and compile all BIM contract closeout documentation.
• Support project teams with construction coordination and scheduling tasks.
• Participate in job layout processes driven by 3D model data.
• Manage all necessary procedures to integrate data into the coordination process.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience working on building projects is essential.
