BIM Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled BIM Manager to join a prominent architecture and engineering consultancy based in Dubai, entrusted with some of the most prestigious and complex regional developments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on luxury hotels and hospitality projects, high-rise commercial buildings, and high-rise residential developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee BIM implementation and ensure successful delivery on large-scale projects.
• Coordinate BIM processes across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Develop and uphold BIM standards, workflows, and project-related protocols.
• Lead efforts in clash detection, model coordination, and BIM review sessions.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders to maintain alignment.
• Ensure all BIM-related deliverables comply with project specifications, quality benchmarks, and timelines.
• Mentor and manage BIM teams, promoting industry best practices within the group.

Candidate Requirements

• At least eight years of BIM experience, with proven background in BIM leadership or management roles.
• Substantial project exposure to luxury hospitality, high-rise commercial, and high-rise residential developments.
• Expert-level proficiency with Revit and Navisworks software.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, coordination strategies, and multidisciplinary workflows.
• Experience leading BIM teams and handling complex coordination on multifaceted projects.
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to manage various stakeholders effectively.
• Previous experience working within the UAE or GCC region is highly desirable.
