About the Role
Join BAM UK & Ireland as a BIM Coordinator, where you will play a key role in digital project solutions based in Donegal. Your focus will be on producing incidental geometry, validating information, coordinating models, and generating reports to support large-scale construction and civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project information models for team sharing and client approval, adhering to project and contract exchange protocols and security requirements.
- Ensure alignment of project standards and procedures with BAM’s ISO 19650 information management standards.
- Develop and maintain model coordination and mobilisation plans, performing regular reviews.
- Monitor all parties’ usage of the Common Data Environment (CDE) according to BAM and client information standards, including ISO 19650 compliance where relevant.
- Maintain high-quality graphical and non-graphical building information model data, delivering reports as necessary.
- Assist in creating project information models and evaluate task team outputs, reporting any data inconsistencies.
- Implement digital processes throughout asset lifecycle stages as required by projects.
- Establish and communicate compliant workflows that meet client needs, BAM standards, and ISO 19650 guidelines.
- Contribute to Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) and Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP) development.
- Collaborate with IT and Digital Project Solutions teams to ensure digital tools and workflows are effective and suitable for each project stage.
- Identify and swiftly resolve technical challenges related to applications or tools to minimize impact on productivity.
Candidate Profile
- Proven team player with strong time management capabilities and clear communication skills.
- Keen interest in digital construction and digital facilities management with a foundational knowledge of ISO 19650 standards.
- Alignment with BAM core values.
- Possession of higher education qualifications in construction or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Between 1 and 2 years’ experience in digital construction or digital facilities management, including familiarity with industry and tender processes.
