BIM Architecture Modeler

Role Overview

We are seeking a BIM Architecture Modeler proficient in Revit architecture and structural modeling to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Revit parameterized family creation and construction documentation while delivering quality on international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Create 3D building models utilizing Revit across various building types.
• Develop conceptual, detailed, and construction drawings leveraging Revit and AutoCAD aligned with project scope.
• Coordinate seamlessly with multiple disciplines to ensure comprehensive project integration.
• Execute all tasks adhering to Neilsoft Core Values and Quality Management Systems.
• Understand basic interdisciplinary interfaces to aid collaborative workflows.

Required Qualifications & Expertise

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Revit modeling and construction documentation.
• Expert knowledge of Revit Architecture and Revit Structure, with ongoing commitment to professional growth.
• Proficient in developing Revit parametric families including staircases, railings, and custom curtain walls.
• Experience in project Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
• Strong foundation in architectural principles, technical detailing, and international standards for architectural working drawings.
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively with ownership of deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to actively participate in discipline-specific discussions.
• Prior experience working on international projects is essential.

Eligibility

Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Civil Engineering, or a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree.
