Overview
Neilsoft is seeking an Assistant Manager for IT Recruitment to be based at their Pune SEZ Hinjewadi office. This position requires 6 to 10 years of recruitment experience, focusing on IT and technical roles, including niche and leadership positions. Candidates should hold an MBA in HR or a graduate degree.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing vacancies across technologies such as CAD, PLM, Cloud, AI/ML, Full-Stack Development, DevOps, and Data Engineering.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the current and anticipated hiring demands of various business units.
- Maintain and oversee recruitment databases, ATS, candidate pipelines, and trackers for accuracy and easy reporting.
- Carry out regular market research and talent mapping to benchmark salaries, assess competitor hiring patterns, and identify trends in technology hiring.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers, business heads, and leadership to comprehend recruitment requirements and manage the hiring process to completion.
- Establish a strong sourcing pipeline through utilization of job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and headhunting techniques.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment protocols and consistently meet agreed timelines for hiring processes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters by sharing best practices in sourcing, screening, and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead salary negotiations, offer management, and candidate onboarding to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
- Identify procedural gaps within recruitment operations and propose and implement process improvements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 6 to 10 years of experience in IT and technical recruitment, including hiring for niche and leadership roles.
- Hands-on experience in market analysis, talent mapping, and competitor salary benchmarking related to technology recruitment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven track record of working with senior leaders and business units.
- Advanced sourcing techniques, including proficiency with Boolean and X-ray search methods and niche hiring platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent hiring requirements and achieve specified hiring timelines and targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and negotiation expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for MIS reporting and leadership presentations.
- Experience hiring for engineering and technological skills such as AutoCAD, Autodesk products, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is advantageous.
