Bid Proposal Analyst

Overview

Innovations Global is seeking a Bid Proposal Analyst with over three years of relevant experience to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role focuses on the facilities management sector, requiring expertise in both Hard and Soft FM disciplines and hands-on involvement in the bid and proposal lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for preparing and submitting high-quality bids and proposals, managing client portals and e-tendering platforms, coordinating with subject matter experts and interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring deadlines are met with rigor and accuracy.

Candidate Requirements

A bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background is required. Candidates must have a minimum of three years' experience in bid management, bid support, proposal management, bid analysis, or project support within facilities management. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential. Candidates should possess strong proposal writing and editing skills, familiarity with AI tools utilized in proposal development, and excellent command of written and spoken English. Experience with UAE/GCC FM tenders and government or semi-government tender processes is highly desirable.

Additional Skills and Preferences

• Knowledge of Hard FM and Soft FM services
• Expertise with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Familiarity with MS Project, SharePoint, Visio
• Experience in proposal design, graphics
• APMP certification is an advantage

Compensation and Location

This contract position offers a salary range between 15,000 to 18,000 AED per month. The job is located onsite in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
