Business Development Executive - PRO Services

Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding sales of PRO and business support services across the UAE. This entails acquiring new clients, fostering strong relationships, and meeting revenue objectives. A comprehensive understanding of the UAE market and a proven track record in corporate services sales are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for PRO and corporate services, including visa processing, company formation, government liaison, and license renewals.
• Identify potential leads and develop opportunities in business support services such as HR, payroll, and recruitment outsourcing.
• Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and negotiate deals to successfully close sales.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE regulations and evolving market trends.
• Prepare and submit basic sales reports and sales forecasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years' experience in sales or business development within the UAE market, preferably in PRO or corporate services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Highly target-driven and self-motivated individual.
• Familiarity with UAE labor and immigration procedures is advantageous.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Package

Monthly salary ranges from AED 10,000 to 12,000 plus commission.
