Role Overview

As a Solution Engineer at Incorta in Riyadh, you will be instrumental in deploying and tailoring the Incorta analytics platform to meet complex customer-specific needs. You will partner closely with customers and collaborators to craft and implement customized analytics tactics, ensuring robust technical quality and smooth deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy the Incorta platform to address unique business objectives and project requirements.
• Engage with clients to formulate a comprehensive analytics strategy aligned with Incorta’s capabilities.
• Lead technical discovery sessions introducing the platform’s applications across diverse industries and use cases.
• Assess project scope and estimate effort for implementation and integration tasks.
• Prepare detailed technical design documentation for implemented solutions.
• Assist customers and partners during onboarding through hands-on configuration support and guidance.
• Collaborate efficiently within cross-functional teams including clients, partners, and internal groups.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience delivering analytics or business intelligence solutions.
• Strong command of SQL and experience handling complex data models.
• Proven history leading or contributing to technical implementation projects.
• Familiarity with Linux server administration and cloud environments.
• Experience with advanced analytics tools like R, SAS, or Apache Spark.
• Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Oracle EBS or Oracle Fusion is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable working in dynamic settings.
• A proactive, adaptable attitude ready to learn and excel amid rapid changes.

Additional Requirements

• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles, preferably within a SaaS context.
