B&F Support Expert - Wet Deck

Overview

As a Food and Beverage Support Expert assigned to the wet deck area, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless operations across food and beverage services. Your duties will include setting tables, assisting kitchen staff, cleaning workstations, and restocking supplies to maintain smooth service flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and setting up the wet deck area for food and beverage service.
• Support kitchen operations by facilitating coordination between service and culinary teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in workspaces and guest areas.
• Replenish supplies and manage inventory of service materials.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 25 pounds solo or 50 pounds with assistance.
• Navigate and work efficiently on various floor surfaces including sloped or uneven areas.

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) is required.
• Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• No prior supervisory experience is necessary.
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods as required in the role.
• Commitment to follow company policies, ensure safety, and maintain professional personal appearance and communication standards.
