Role Overview
Meta is looking for a skilled Benefits Program Manager to join the Total Rewards team, where you will play a key role in crafting and advancing benefits programs tailored for Meta’s worldwide workforce. The position involves leading the creation, assessment, and rollout of comprehensive benefits initiatives including health, welfare, retirement, and wellness offerings that keep pace with competitive benchmarks and legal obligations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the assessment, development, and deployment of intricate benefits programs spanning health, retirement, risk management, and leave schemes across various EMEA countries.
- Act as the principal expert on benefits plan creation, ensuring compliance with regulations and competitiveness within your assigned countries.
- Utilize benefits data analysis and market comparison studies to spot gaps, recommend improvements, and evaluate program results.
- Collaborate closely with legal, industrial relations, and people operations teams to guarantee all benefits programs satisfy local laws and maintain compliance in EMEA regions.
- Establish and nurture partnerships with external consultants, brokers, and suppliers to safeguard program quality and fiscal efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 8 years of professional experience managing benefits programs, particularly designing and implementing health, retirement, risk, and leave offerings focused on EMEA markets.
- Proven track record of independently addressing complex benefits-related challenges and advising multidisciplinary teams on strategy, plan design, and compliance.
- Strong skills in employing benefits data and market benchmarks to assess program effectiveness and suggest data-driven enhancements.
- Experience managing legal and compliance risks associated with benefits program modifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background managing benefits strategies in contexts involving Works Councils and industrial relations complexities.
- Familiarity with ethical AI applications, such as risk evaluation, bias reduction, and quality assurance in HR processes.
- Experience integrating AI tools to streamline workflows and produce measurable benefits like efficiency and quality enhancements.
- Proven success managing benefits programs within fast-moving tech or comparably complex multinational firms.
- Continuous development and application of AI-related skills including prompt engineering and agent orchestration.
- Additional experience in other HR disciplines such as Compensation, Business Partnering, or Operations.
