Job Overview

As a Bellhop, you will warmly greet guests to create a welcoming first impression and assist with their luggage during check-in and check-out processes, ensuring safety and proper handling. You will provide helpful information about hotel amenities and nearby attractions, address guest inquiries, and coordinate transportation and reservations as needed.

You will be responsible for organizing luggage storage, keeping the lobby clean and well-stocked, and escorting guests to their rooms while demonstrating room features and emergency procedures. Collaboration with other hotel departments will be essential to ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience. You will also communicate guest requests to relevant teams, monitor lobby security, and assist with package deliveries and other tasks as assigned.

Physical fitness is required to handle heavy lifting and work under various weather conditions. A professional appearance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to anticipate guests' needs are vital to excel in this role.
