Bell Captain (Saudi Only)

Position Overview

As a Bell Captain at Sofitel in the Makkah Region, you will be responsible for managing the bell staff to maintain efficient daily operations and delivering exemplary guest services.

Key Duties

• Lead and organize the bell team to ensure seamless workflow and timely service.
• Assist guests by ensuring prompt delivery of luggage and escorting them as needed.
• Maintain effective communication with the front desk to address and fulfill guest requests.
• Supervise the cleanliness and upkeep of the lobby to create a welcoming environment.
• Provide coaching and training to bell staff to uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

• Possess a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Demonstrated experience in bell service roles along with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication abilities and well-organized work style.
• Familiarity with local attractions and services in the region.
